John Vigallon

Has over 30 years experience with the drug culture. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling and is certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor/Educator through the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Educators.

John is the Executive Director of H.E.L.P. Educational Services, President of the Northern California Juvenile Officers Association, Vice President of ProjectGHB.org. He is recognized internationally for presentations on Meth Labs, Substance Abuse, Drugs of Sexual Assault, and Gangs in the Community.

John has been the recipient of the Directors Award from the California Youth Authority, Individual Service Award for the California State Juvenile Officers Association and has been recognized by Stanford University’s Center for Research in Disease Prevention for his program services. In 2009 the California Juvenile Officer’s Association awarded John their highest recognition, The Dan Pursuit Award for his life time achievements. Serving the public and private sectors since 1984.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations will be accepted no later than March 6, 2009. There is a $25 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after that date. There will be no charge for registration transfers, which will be accepted no later than March 16, 2009.

DRE Course Completion Requirement: ***DRE CEC credits pending approval
To receive DRE credit for this course, a successful participant must attend at least 90% of the course clock hours and pass the course examination with a score of 60% or better.
