Established in California in 1985, KELLCO was incorporated in 1988 by Bonnie Lee Kellogg, President & CEO. We have built our reputation on providing our clients with responsive, high quality and timely services.

MACS Lab, Inc., a State of California Small Business Enterprise (SBE), was founded in 1989 Mr. James Richards and Mr. Charles Landau. The fully accredited AIHA, NVLAP, and CDPH-certified laboratory provides a wide variety of analytical services. State-of-the-art equipment is routinely calibrated and maintained to ensure accurate results. Laboratory technicians participate in all proficiency testing as required by the certifying agencies.
In 2007, the individual capabilities of both firms were greatly enhanced by our joint venture arrangement.
Our services include building inspections for hazardous materials, industrial hygiene 
and indoor air quality investigations, environmental assessments, hazardous materials and occupational safety consulting, regulatory compliance assistance, and the design, management and oversight of abatement and remediation activities, and of course, laboratory services. To complement our field services, KELLCO-MACS offers Environmental Health & Safety training programs meeting all Cal/OSHA and other regulatory agencies’ requirements.
