He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling and is certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor/Educator through the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Educators.John is the Executive Director of H.E.L.P. Educational Services, President of the Northern California Juvenile Officers Association, Vice President of ProjectGHB.org. He is recognized internationally for presentations on Meth Labs, Substance Abuse, Drugs of Sexual Assault, and Gangs in the Community.
